Watermelon is a favorite fruit for many and unfortunately its only in season for a short period of time during the year. Luckily that season is here, but it won’t last too much longer as we are quickly making our way through the summer months. Here are some recipes for our residents at The Rivington that they can make using delicious refreshing Watermelon this summer! There are several farmer’s markets around Hoboken where you can find fresh produce to use.
