Best Margaritas in Hoboken for National Margarita Day

21 February, 2018

Being that tomorrow was National Margarita Day, we thought we would put together a list of our favorite margaritas throughout Hoboken. It doesn’t have to be Cinco De Mayo to indulge in this delicious and refreshing cocktail.  Whether you like a sweeter or spicier drink, you can find it all close to your Rivington apartment.

East LA – This restaurant is known for serving Hoboken’s best margarita since 1983. They have over 16 flavors and 6 specialty margaritas.  East LA’s menu focuses on Mexican food such as quesadillas, tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, tortilla salad and soup and of course delicious guacamole.  If you want a margarita but aren’t a fan of Mexican food you can order their East LA Burger, chicken wrap or skirt steak.

The Shepherd and The Knucklehead – The Shepherd and The Knucklehead is known for its craft beer selection, but their margaritas have been trending recently — especially their jalepeño margarita.  A perfect blend of sweet and spicy with frozen pineapple juice turned to crushed ice, it’s a must-try for anyone who likes a little kick in their cocktails.

Mikie Squared – Hoboken residents love Mikie Squared’s frozen margaritas.  This casual, patio-fronted sports bar has an extensive menu of burgers, sandwiches, entrees, daily specials and events.
